Package Includes:

• Accommodation in standard rooms in above or similar.
• All transfers & sightseeing is on private Basis in an air conditioning vehicle.
• Sightseeing as per above itinerary by private car.
• Return economy class air fare - DEL / DXB / CPT - CPT / JNB - JNB / DXB / DEL on Emirate Airways.
• All taxes.
• Single entry tourist visa South Africa & Dubai.

Package Excludes:

• Porterage and tips, mineral water, laundry, telephone or any other expense personal in nature.
• Personal Insurance, we strongly suggest that the passenger’s take out there own insurance before departing for South Africa.
• Drinks and lunches/dinner except where mentioned.
• Items of a personal nature, driver and guide gratuities.
• All entrance fees and excursions not mentioned above.
• Porterage at hotels and airports.
• Any expenses caused by reasons beyond our control such as bad weather, natural calamities (landslides, floods), flight delays, excess baggage, rescheduling or cancellations, any accidents, medical evacuations, riots, strikes, war, airline or hotel policies etc.

Special Events:

Where a special event is taking place in South Africa at any location we concerned will advise at the time of booking if a surcharge to the room rate / any Tour applies for the dates requested on additional basis. The dates listed below are a guide only to special events known at time of contract issue.

Terms & Conditions:

• The above prices are subject to availability of flights and hotel accommodation and services at the time of processing the reservation.
• The quote is based on the above hotels and any change will impact the cost. Long week-ends & school holidays in Country may attract a supplement.
• The check-in time is 14:30 hrs and check out time is 10:30 hrs. Early check-in or a late checkout is not guaranteed and is only on request.
• Any unutilised entrances/sightseeing is non-refundable.
• Above rates valid for Indian national only.
• This is just an offer nothing has been booked or hold. Booking will be process after receiving the payment. The above offer is subject to RBI / GOI Regulations and Dollar segment, which will be taken out of your BTQ (Basic Travel Quota).
• The above offer is subject to change without prior notice & Subject to confirmation. Any Hike in hotel rates, Airfare, Airport Tax or Fuel will attract a Surcharge to be paid prior the departure date.
• Once Hotel Booking is reconfirmed there is no refund / Cancellation.
• Package mode of payment by Cash / Draft (No Cheques).
• No Change / No refund in package if flight delays due to any reason.
• The above airfare is valid for a minimum of two people traveling together.

Payments

All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/ Pay Orders / D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs 500/-.

Cancellation Policy

• Before 30 days: Rs 5000 PP
• 30 - 16 days: 50% of the total cost
• 15 - 8 days: 75% of the total cost
• 7 - 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply
• Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable
• No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package
