Tour Overview

Day 1: Arrival Cairo

Arrival Cairo at 12:30 hrs Meet & greet by our representative, transfer to your hotel. Evening optional - Pyramid sound and light show, Night stay in hotel. Dinner

Day 2: Cairo

Breakfast at hotel, Direct transfer by air conditioned vehicles with your Egyptologist who will guide you for a Full day tour visit to Great Pyramids, Lord of the Sphinx, The Egyptian Museum, Khan El-Khalili Bazaar. Lunch and dinner in Indian restaurant. Evening free for Optional - Nile cruise dinner with live belly dance in Cairo.Back to hotel and overnight.

Day 3: Cairo - Aswan

1st class sleeper train. Breakfast and check out from hotel, Have Optional - Excursion to Alexandria. Visiting Catacomb, Pompey’s Pillar, Greeco Roman Museum and Quaitbay Fort, Montazah Garden, lunch in Indian restaurant and dinner in board train. In the evening back to Cairo and transfer to railway station for 1st class sleeper train to Aswan at 21:30hrs. Dinner and Overnight on Board Train.

Day 4: Aswan - Nile Cruise

Breakfast on board train Arrives to Aswan station - meet & assist by our representative and visit High Dam located near Aswan, the world famous High Dam was an engineering miracle when it was built in the 1960s. It contains 18 times the material used in the Great Pyramid of Cheops. The Dam is 11,811 feet long, 3215 feet thick at the base and 364 feet tall. Next visit to Philae Temple, Philae dedicated to Goddess Isis and constructed on the beautiful island of Philae. Philae the modern day name is Greek but the ancient Egyptians called the island P-aaleq which amongst other definitions has the dual meaning of "end" and "creation". Lunch on board. Dinner & overnight on board.

Day 5: Nile Cruise

Breakfast in cruise, pick up and have a tour to Kom Ombo visit. The temple of Kom Ombo is unique in one respect: it is dedicated to two gods, and the entire temple holds two perfectly symmetrical sections. Next visit to Edfu temple: Edfu was the 2nd Home of Upper Egypt and the centre of the cult of a triad of Gods, which consisted of Horus of Behdet, Hathor, and their son, Hor-Sama-Tawy. Edfu was known as “Apollo polis Magna” because the Greeks identified Horus with their God Apollo, the work of construction began during the reign of Ptolemy III (about 237 BC) and was finished during the reign of Ptolemy IV. Sail to Esna Lunch on board Dinner & overnight on board.

Day 6: Nile Cruise

Breakfast on board direct transfer to half day sightseeing to Valley of the Kings. The first king of the New Kingdom, Ahmose of the 18th Dynasty, built a pyramid-like structure at Abydos. The Valley is hidden from sight, behind the cliffs, which form the backdrop to the temple complex of Deir el-Bahari. Next visit to Hatshepsut Temple: The mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, the Queen’s architect, Senenmut, designed it and set it at the head of a valley overshadowed by the Peak of the Thebes, the "Lover of Silence. Colossi of Memnon: These two, gigantic figures of Amenhotep III were originally situated in front of his Mortuary temple which was destroyed for unknown reasons! The two colossi are made of sandstone, which during ancient times was brought from Gabal El Silselah. Dinner and overnight on board cruise.

Day 7: Luxor - Departure

Disembarkation after breakfast from cruise and Meet with your representative assisted for check-out and direct proceeds for a half day tour visit to Karnak temple: This great Temple of Amon Ra was known during the Middle Kingdom period as Ipt-Swt, which means the Selected Spot. It was also called Pr-Imn, which means the House of Amon. Next visit to Luxor temple: The Temple of Luxor is among the most beautiful Temples in Egypt. It was known in the New Kingdom period as Ipt-Rsyt, which means the southern shrine. After finishing this half day tour transfer to airport for final departure.

Documents required for Visa:

Egyptian Visa: 2 passport size photograph.
Personal bank statement last of 6 months (Ensure Bank Statement be valid till last day of previous month.)
Income tax return Copies for last 03 yrs.
Signed Visa Forms.
Letter addressed to the requisite consulate for the Issuance of Visa. (Please ask for the format).

General Remarks:

1. The arrangement or the systematize of sightseeing on board of Nile cruise might be changed according to the Nile cruise sailing schedule, however all sightseeing mentioned in the itinerary will carry out.

2. The timing & date of sailing of the Nile cruise might be change without any prior notes due to navigational and security restrictions.

3. We are not responsible about any changes, cancellation or delay imposed by the Government, Egypt air on the domestic air flight or trains / sleeper train.

4. Reporting time at the airport and check-in / check-out time at a hotel, Nile Cruise, etc., normally the check-out time is always before 12:00 hrs. And check-in time is always after 14:00 hrs.

5. Our rates are correct in the time of sending, but in case of any increase imposed by the Government on the entrance fees, taxes, domestic flights…etc. we will have the right to increase its rates accordingly.

Cancellation Policy:

30 - 16 days: 50% of the total cost.
15 - 8 days: 75% of the total cost.
7 - 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply.
Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
