Tour Overview

Day 1: Barcelona (Arrival)

Arrive at Barcelona Airport. Our Driver will meet you at the Airport Arrival area & transfer to your hotel. Rest Of the day is free at leisure or for personal activities. Overnight stay at Barcelona. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 2: Barcelona

Breakfast at hotel.This guided Barcelona Panoramic Tour is an ideal if you want to get an overview over Barcelona. Panoramic overview from the bus- Casa Batlló (Gaudí's first important work in his own style).Casa Lleó Morera (Domènech Montaner's famous corner building on the Passeig de Gracia). Casa Amatller (Puig i Cadafalchs marvelous house neighbouring Casa Batlló). Casa Milà (one of the main works by Antoni Gaudí) La Sagrada Familia - the most important monument in Barcelona (stop at the church and walk around the building) Montjüic: the hill close to the port. We make 2-3 stops here to enjoy the great views and the sites. The National Palace (beautiful building and great views of the city). The Olympic Ring (made for the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona: The Olympic Stadium and Calatrava's antenna). (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 3: Barcelona - Valencia

Breakfast in hotel. Check out and board your coach to drive to Valencia. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Valencia. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 4: Valencia

Breakfast at hotel. We start at the historic city centre which is one of the largest in Europe. There are many traffic-free streets which make for an enjoyable visit on foot. Plaza of the Virgen, Catedral, Plaza of the Reina, Plaza del Patriarca, Palacio del Marqués de Dos Aguas, Plaza Redonda, Lonja and Mercado central. After visiting the centre we move across town to the futuristic Ciudad de las Artes y de las Ciencias and walk around the exteriors of the impressive buildings there like the Opera House, Planetarium, Science Museum and bridges, all designed by the top international architect, Santiago Calatrava. Overnight in Valencia. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 5: Valencia - Madrid

Breakfast at hotel & Check out, Board your coach & drive to Madrid. Rest of the day is free at leisure. Overnight in Madrid. (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)

Day 6: Madrid

Breakfast at hotel. Proceed for a guided Orientation tour of Madrid. This city tour will show you many well-known areas, monuments and sights of Madrid. We highlight some of the more interesting places you will see on this tour. We’ll drive past the courtesan district of the Hapsburgs characterised by Phillip II and his Renaissance and Baroque style buildings like those in the Puerta del Sol, Plaza Mayor and Plaza de la Villa. We'll drive past such well-known avenues as those of Gran Vía and Castellana and famous squares such as the the district of Salamanca, Plaza de Castilla, Parque del Oeste, University Campus, commercial and financial zones of Modern Madrid, the emblematic Las Ventas Bullring. Day 7: Madrid (Day Trip to Toledo)

Breakfast at hotel and have day tour to Toledao. Explore the ancient city of Toledo on an exciting full-day excursion from Madrid. Discover the historical highlights of the UNESCO World heritage-listed site as you’re driven around all of the spectacular sights. Terms & Conditions:

Rates & availability is subject to change at the time of booking.
As a general rule you can check-in from 14:00 on the day of arrival and must check-out at 12:00 (Noon) on the day of departure.
Peak season / Convention period surcharges extra.
Hotel City taxes are not included.
Maximum only one child is allowed with 02 adults in per double room.
All the transfer of Mini Van / Coach with normal luggage capacity.
In one day a driver is not permitted to drive for more than total of 09 hours between 08:00 hrs - 21:00 hrs.
In one day a driver must have 11 consecutive hours of rest. This can be reduced to 09 hours only three times per week. This is not specific to your itinerary. This will be influenced by the driver’s previous duties.
The above EU laws can be overruled by the specific laws of a particular country. This is at the sole discretion of the police at the time of checking.
Supplement attracted due to extra driving hours or KM will be borne by you. Europa ‘D’ Tour will not be liable to pay for such expenses.
Tips to Driver: EURO 2 per person per day (Compulsory).
In the event of a breakdown of a coach on a touring holiday, our liability will be limited; if, for any reason we cannot provide a replacement coach and that you miss out on a significant attraction we will reimburse the amount which we have paid to the supplier, though we will endeavor to replace the coach at the earliest. However, sometimes delays will occur due to many reasons beyond our control. In this event we are also entitled to use a replacement coach that we deem fit to conclude the rest of the journey. The replacement coach may or may not have the same amenities as the original coach. Passengers will be responsible for any services missed out by them due to not following the stated time; this includes meals, transfers, sightseeing, flight, etc.
Hotels may ask for a credit card imprint or cash deposit at time of check-in to cover for incidentals. This amount will vary from hotel to hotel.

Booking Policies:

Payments

All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques / Pay Orders / D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order / D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs 500/-.

Cancellations

Before 30 days: Rs 15,000/- PP
30- 16 days: 50% of the total cost
15 – 8 days: 75% of the total cost
7 – 0 days: 100% cancellation will apply

Visa Fee & Service charges are non refundable.
No refund either in part or in full will be made for any unused part of the services provided in the package.
