Arriving in Amman, capital of Jordan. Visa formalities and transfer to hotel. Evening free for personal activities Dinner & overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast at the hotel. Visit overview of the city, known as Philadelphia was made a tour of the centre, traditional markets, churches, mosques, Roman theatre, as well as residential quarters. Departure to Jerash, the ancient and modern capital of Jordan, originally built on seven hills and from the top of the citadel, one of the highest hills; you can have a splendid view of the old city. Visit the Citadel, Roman Theater, Archeological, Folklore Museums, and King Abdullah Mosque. Drive north of Amman to visit Jerash & Ajlun the most beautiful and preserved Roman city in existence. Dinner and overnight at Amman.
Breakfast. Full day tour to the Desert Castles, built by the Omayyad Caliphs of Damascus in the 8th century A.D. as hunting lodges. Wildly varied in architectural style: Qasr Al-Kharraneh, Qasr Amra and Qasr Al-Azraq. Continue to the Dead Sea – the lowest spot on earth. Time for bathing and relaxing, Dinner and overnight in Amman.
Breakfast, full day visit through King’s Highway, the ancient Silk Road; stop in Madaba, home of the most famous Byzantine Mosaics and most of all the 6th century map of the holy places in the biblical world. Continue to Mount Nebo, with its spectacular view of the Holy Land. Then to Kerak to visit the Crusader Castle from the 12th century. Proceed to Petra for dinner and overnight.
Breakfast. Full day sightseeing of the unique “rose-red” city of Petra, half as old as time, built by the Arab Nabataeans who hewed their monumental tombs, palaces, temples and treasury from the desert rock’s sandstone in its’ natural hues of rose and gold. Dinner and overnight in Petra.
Breakfast at the hotel. Departure to the desert of Wadi Rum, one of the scenes from the film Lawrence of Arabia, and one of the most spectacular settings in the Middle East. This is a red desert sand, which, rising mountains of granite peaks and colorful red and gold. Tour (Tour classic) in 4x4 vehicles by imposing landscapes of approximately 2 hours. Departure to Aqaba with free time in the city and / or beach. (Entrance to the beach not included, direct payment by the customer). Dinner & overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast and transfer to Amman airport for a flight to Delhi.
Where a special event is taking place in Jordan at any location we concerned will advise at the time of booking if a surcharge to the room rate / any Tour applies for the dates requested on additional basis. The dates listed below are a guide only to special events known at time of contract issue.
All payments will be accepted by Payee Account Cheques/ Pay Orders / D.D only. Only under special circumstances Cash will be accepted & that too only in the office against official receipt. Please ensure that the cheques are timely delivered to our office for encashment since no documents would be delivered till the cheques are en-cashed. This would save you from inconvenience of making payments by Pay Order/ D.D. Please note that Cheque Bouncing Charges will be Rs 500/-.
